In this complex area we will advise on the transfer of wealth between generations ensuring that the needs of the individual are met. We will advise on the planning of wills that are effective both from the personal perspective but also in reducing tax.

Executor & Trustee Services

We will undertake the administration of estates from keeping the books to computing the tax liability. We have long experience of acting as Exercutor or Trustees and the administration of estates. Many families feel that it is beneficialto have an impartial professional appointed who has extensive knowledge of both the family and the administration of Trusts and Estates and may assist in the mediation of disputes.

Advice for the Elderly

For those in later years we will both advise on tax and help them manage their affairs if appropriate through a Power of Attorney. This will always be done with openness and within the strong ethical framework of our profession. We will advise with funding care fees and available benefits. We are skilled at dealing with Social Services & Government Agencies.
