A member of the firm's Executive Committee, as well as being a Chartered Accountant Peter is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has expertise on Executorships, Powers of Attorneys, Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax Panning.
He also advises his personal clients on will planning, general taxation matters and overall management of their financial affairs.
Peter has a large portfolio of business clients and in addition to the usual accountancy services he can advise on tax efficient profit withdrawal, retirement planning and business structures.
Jim Sweeney FCA
Head of Taxation & Private Clients Team a highly experienced tax advisor and planner. His experience, skills and technical knowledge can not only reduce tax but enable individuals and families achieve their other goals and objectives, whether this is developing a business, or passing it on to the next generation.
Jim also has specialist knowledge and experience of the particular accounting and tax issue effecting Barristers Chambers. He studied animal science at Wye College and has a particular knowledge of the agriculture sector
